We are thrilled to invite you to a workshop led by Dr. Abigail Joseph (she/her), an accomplished educator in the California Bay Area. With a diverse background as a teacher, coach, facilitator, and speaker, Dr. Joseph has dedicated her career to championing equity and access to STEM education. As a member of On The Verge Cohort 2, she embarked on a journey to make a positive impact in this field.

Feeling stuck in your career or unsure of your next step? In this interactive 75-minute workshop, you’ll learn how to apply design thinking and creative problem-solving to reimagine your career path with fresh possibilities. 

Through engaging activities and guided reflection, you’ll uncover new directions, challenge limiting beliefs, and leave with an actionable roadmap to move forward with confidence. Whether you're exploring a pivot, seeking more fulfillment, or designing your next big move, this workshop will help you navigate uncertainty with creativity and clarity.

Since 2004, On The Verge (OTV) supports emerging leaders in building knowledge, clarity and strength at the personal, interpersonal and professional levels. 

On The Verge is proud to have supported over 450 Vergers and delivered leadership development cohorts in 35 counties from Northern, Central and Southern California.

On The Verge Momentum Alumni group is designed for Vergers to reconnect and continue to form life-long connections with peers that sustain their commitment to remain in leadership with the nonprofit and public sectors. During 2023-2024, On The Verge Momentum Alumni group will host a mix of 4 virtual and in-person convenings offered to OTV Alumni.
