These unprecedented times have called for innovation and imagination and leaders who lead with openness, curiosity and courage. On The Verge leadership program is offering a yearlong leadership experience for individuals who work in organizations that provide services to families in Riverside, Ventura, San Mateo and Sacramento counties. On The Verge has coached more than 40 cohorts over a 17-year history. Funding for On The Verge comes from the state Office of Child Abuse Prevention and the SH Cowell Foundation.
