Family resource centers

Fresno County, McKinleyville, Napa County, San Jose- Mayfair Chavez, Truckee-Tahoe and West Contra Costa County

In each community, On The Verge groups will be made up of twelve new and emerging leaders from multiple sectors deeply engaged in family strengthening. On The Verge will recruit members from two to three family resource centers, key partners including schools, County Mental Health, Public Health, and Child Welfare Services, as well as from among community organizations that focus on family economic success and health.
